My name is Val Wineyard. I love the vitality of the Languedoc and live in a picturesque village between Narbonne and Carcassonne. My fascination for the unusual history of the region, much based on Rennes-le-Chateau, inspired me to write about it and during the last 15 years I have collected a veritable library of books and written others myself.
